Partizan CS:GO roster update
ENGLISH
We have witnessed a great project in the last nine months in the form of our CS:GO team, which has contributed a lot to building Partizan Esports as a brand and community. However, we have decided to pause our CS:GO activities for the next period, which does not mean the end for this division.
The decision was not easy, but it was certainly determined by numerous factors that we cannot influence. We are witnessing a very difficult economic situation in the esports world, where a large number of teams have shut down in the last period, and many key investors and sponsors have withdrawn. Certainly, one of the main problems is the fact that this type of sport is still not recognized in our country and region. Partizan, like the rest of the domestic esports industry, does not receive any type of help from the state, which makes survival, as well as any advancement, much more difficult. We hope that this situation will change in the future and that the conditions will be significantly better than the existing ones. In this situation, it is impossible to privatize Partizan, due to the existing law in the Republic of Serbia, and the club is locked strictly in the framework of sponsorship with other companies and firms, without any chances to sell stocks of the company. Which proved to be totally unstable.
As for our players, they have been placed on the transfer list and our organization will help them find new teams and places where they can show their undoubted quality.
Once again, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all the players and coaching staff for everything they have done for our black-and-white team in the past period and wish them all the best in the future.
